United For Health: Mobile Clinics in the Bay Area

We are a nonprofit community health organization providing services in the San Francisco Bay Area. Check out our Hope on the Go Mobile Clinics!

Serving the Bay Area since 1990

We operate several mobile clinics in the greater Bay Area communities, including at the high school and college level. Our primary goal is to help bridge the gap in services to those who have the least access to care – at-risk youth, the unhoused, people with HIV or AIDS, and those with mental health or substance abuse issues. We also partner with companies to offer their staff our services for their physical and mental well-being.

Our Services

Most of our services are free and covered by grants, so there is no barrier to treatment for unhoused and low- income folks. Some of our Hope on the Go Mobile Clinics ask for donations to pay for our treatment costs if not covered by grant or company money.

Hope on the Go Mobile Clinics

Our mobile clinics provide acupuncture and other health and wellness services in underserved, culturally diverse communities, and high schools and colleges in the San Francisco Bay Area. We’re available to contract with businesses to offer their staff treatment for their wellbeing and overall health.

The Suitcase Clinic

Unhoused and low income folks can get a healthy meal, food and laundry vouchers, full body acupuncture, nutritional therapy and other primary care services along with other free “survival” resources.

Homeless Youth Services

Connecting at-risk and foster care youth to much-needed health care, housing, and legal services with our partners in city, county, and community health organizations.

Acupuncture Therapy

A globally proven treatment used for centuries is a safe, drug-free way to help with symptoms like depression, anxiety, addiction, and systemic problems such as pain, limited mobility, and immune-related conditions.

Nutrition & Counseling

One-on-one and group counseling guiding health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Nutrition and exercise plans are important tools we share with our clients to gain optimal health and well-being.

Youth Wellness Program

Helping at-risk youth with their trauma, physical and mental health, and substance use issues by providing ongoing treatment that addresses relapse and harm reduction methods. We work with local youth agencies, giving referrals and vital resources so they can maintain their sobriety and good health habits.
